Set up correctly for the new rules

Since the Renters’ Rights Act reforms took effect on 1 May 2026, Section 21 has been abolished and assured tenancies run as periodic tenancies. Getting the paperwork right at the start matters more than it ever has, and the written statement of terms is part of that. Every tenancy we set up includes it.

One fixed fee of £350 per tenant, then the property is yours to run.
