Who it suits
You stay in charge of repairs and improvements; we make sure the rent arrives, the paperwork is right and the tenant has someone to call. The fee is 7% + VAT of the monthly rent we collect.
If circumstances change, moving up to Fully Managed is a conversation, not a contract renegotiation.
