Portfolio landlords, HMO owners and anyone who would rather read one monthly statement than field tenant calls. The fee is 8% + VAT of the monthly rent we collect, published upfront with no hidden charges.

Also included underneath, because it comes with the lower tiers too: tenant finding with full referencing and Right to Rent checks, the tenancy agreement plus the written statement of terms required under the Renters’ Rights Act, deposit registration, monthly rent collection, arrears management and landlord statements.
